3 ingredient Vietnamese Peanut Sauce
I can't have Vietnamese summer rolls, cold rolls, spring rolls where-ever you are in the world! without this sauce. You have to make it to understand why!

- 1 tbsp crunchy or smooth peanut butter, I'm a crunchy gal
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar, you can also use pickle juice or lime
Saute garlic until fragrant.
Add peanut butter and a dash of water to help break it up into a saucepan over low-medium heat.
Continue whisking until the peanut butter has melted, add hoisin sauce.
Bring it to a simmer and add vinegar if you want some tanginess. Continue stirring and adding water to reach your desired consistency.
